Okay, I've just had an epiphany. I'm going to put down the beginning of a post because if I don't I will forget the whole thing. If anyone doesn't like it, I will be more than happy to delete it.
Byakuya Kuchiki, Captain of the Sixth Division Guard Squad, sat alone in one of the many gardens that were scattered about the Seireitei. He took a deep breath, inhaling the fragrance of the surrounding blooms.
A small sigh escaped as a Hell Butterfly fluttered through the around him. Byakuya held up one gloved hand, allowing the small messenger to alight on his finger tip. Slowly raising his finger up to eye-level, Byakuya listened to the message that the insect brought. It appeared that his relaxing afternoon would be cut tragically short. He got to his feet in one swift, smooth motion and set out for the Sixth Division Headquarters.
As he walked, he received several bows of respect, but he seemed not to see them until one Renji Abari bowed to him. “Abari,” he said, his smooth baritone voice carrying with it every ounce of pride and confidence that the head of the Kuchiki family should display, “come with me.” Without question, the Lieutenant of the Sixth Division fell into step beside his captain. “Our prisoners have escaped,” Byakuya said quietly.
Renji did not respond, but he had seen the captain with the same look in his eyes that was there right now and knew that he was not supposed to respond. Upon reaching the Headquarters for the Sixth Division, Byakuya hardly slowed as the large doors were opened before him by the four guardsmen. Byakuya swept through the compound until he found the Fourth Seat, the Shinigami who had been put in charge of the three captives. The man offered a hasty bow, hoping that his captain would not notice the film of sweat on his brow.
“The prisoners have escaped,” Byakuya said again. This time, it was clear that a response was expected and Byakuya’s sharp, violet eyes bored into the man until he provided an adequate explanation for his short-falling.

sounds excelent, especialy if you are planning on GMing(ish type thing). if we are going to keep it free, i think you need to expand upon who the prisoners are and give us a little bit more plot. sounds realy good though.

[[Okay then, here goes round two.]]
"You were in charge of keeping the Vaizard under guard, were you not?" Byakuya asked the man. He gave a quick nod. "Then what happened to them?" The man paled as white as the scarf that wrapped around Byakuya's throat.
"Well sir, I posted a guard on them, the tenth seat, and left to get some supplies. When I came back, the guard was dead and the Vaizard had escaped. Please sir, accept my apology. It won't happen again." Byakuya held the man with his gaze for a moment longer and then turned to Renji. "Abari, deal with him. I must report this to the First Division," he said, and then swept out of the compound, heading for the center of the Seireitei.
