Air Nomad Re-Population theory

I have come up with a theory about how the air nomads are going to come back into existence.

According to legends, the first airbenders were the sky bison. They taught the nomads how to airbend and these nomads became Airbenders. My theory is that Aang can teach a group of individuals who give themselves to learning how to bend air so that they may become airbenders. Is this too far fetched?

What are some of your ideas on how the air nomads will repopulate?

No, it's not far fetched at all and is quite a viable theory.

I like to go along with the Energybending theory that Aang can pass on Airbending through Energybending. I predict that process may have some consequences on Aang's condition or something though, but when the people have the Airbending pass down to them, then Aang can train them properly.
