As you may have figured out, this is a Final Fantasy RPG. However, the time line of this game is before the game Crisis Core. Therefore, Cloud is not even a member of SOLDER yet, Zack would probably either not be a member or a mid-level 3rd class, Angeal and Genisis would be either upper 2nd or lower 1st, you get the picture.
We can start once there are a few people willing to play.
Plot:
File Report: Unidentified intruder detected at Mako Reactor 4. Unquantified damage reported.
"Alright, SOLDERs, listen up. We have received a report of possible sabotage at one of the outlying Mako Reactors. I'm sure that I don't have to tell you how bad it would be if we were to lose more than one reactor out there.
"I want all of you to give this situation your utmost attention. As of now, all of you are assigned to this mission and I will change your assignments as I see fit. Good luck, SOLDERs. Rufus out."
"Alright, you heard the man. You will each receive your commissions by this evening and you will depart as soon thereafter as you are able. Dismissed!"

[[Sorry for the double post, but if this thing is going to get off of the ground, I have to do it.]]
The silver haired young man, not much older than a boy, really, stood among the other 1st and 2nd Class SOLDERs as he awaited his assignment. Finally, his turn came. The Turk standing on the platform turned to the silver-haired boy. "Sephiroth, I want you to take Mira and go to Mako Reactor 4. You are to see if you can find out why that one was attacked." Sephiroth bowed and then looked over at his new "partner."
I would get stuck with a 2nd, he thought bitterly. Shrugging slightly, he turned and walked to the back of the room and then out the double doors that led into the labyrinthine passageways of Shinra Tower. In the hall way, he ran into Angeal, one of his only friends in SOLDER. "Well well, Mr. 1st class. They've already got you baby-sitting us 2nds, huh?" Angeal said in a mock reverent tone. Sephiroth waved a hand in the air.
"Don't be ridiculous. I would rather come with you to guard one of the other reactors than take HER all the way out to Reactor 4 just to look around." He heaved a sigh as Angeal shrugged and left to attend to his duties. Sephiroth folded his arms over his chest and waited for Mira to emerge from the briefing room.

[[Um, unless you feel like you could do some research about it and could get along with that. I mean, that's almost what Tera is doing.]]

As usual, she said nothing. She was not afraid of anyone, not even her superiors, but rather, she usually just had nothing to say, let alone anything positive. ~Azula~

Sephiroth eyed the girl as she emerged from the chamber.
"How soon can you be ready?" he asked, his smooth baritone voice ringing out with a slight chill to it.

[hope I don't suck too bad, as I'm kinda winging everything. if I ever do something stupid, let me know via PM or something =3]
Mira did not even glance up, for she had no need to do so. She did, however, realize that she would have to speak. "I am always ready," she replied. her tone was a low and indifferent. "we can leave whenever it best suits you."

[[Alright, will do.]]
"Very Well. Meet me at the truck that was assigned to us in ten minutes." With that, he turned on his heel and walked to his quarters, his long black coat billowing out behind him slightly.

"aye," Mira replied bluntly, and the two of them parted ways. Geenerally, the less she had to say, the better off she felt she was.

Nine minutes later, Sephiroth walked through the doors to one of the Shinra garages. The hilt of his Masamune stuck up above his right shoulder and the blade sat in a partial sheath across his back. The partial sheath was necessary on such a long blade because really all it was was a hook for the hilt up near the shoulder and then a very small piece of a traditional scabbard at the bottom, although it was large enough to allow for the blade to be easily placed inside of it. As always, Sephiroth wore his long black coat along with black pants and boots.
He found the driver of the truck that had been commissioned for them and introduced himself. Despite being a Shinra employee, the man had obviously never been tasked with transporting a 1st Class SOLDER because he stuttered and stammered as he introduced himself. Sephiroth placed his small bag in the passenger seat and waited for Mira to arrive.

and exactly 10 minutes from the time she left she arrived. Armed with a smaller version of the buster sword modified to suit someone her size, she strode calmly towards the truck, as usual, saying nothing. Apart from that, she was clad in brown boots, dark, baggy pants, and a red shirt, her brown hair hanging lank behind her, the loose curls bouncing only slightly as she strode over. Upon seeing Sephiroth, she simply nodded to indicate her arrival.

Sephiroth raised an eyebrow at the girl's peculiar manner, but said nothing about it. "We are ready," he told the driver. With that, he leaped up into the back of the truck and positioned himself so that no harm would come to the magnificent blade strapped across his back. The truck roared to life with a deep thrum.

Mira jumped in as well. her blade was old and worn, but sharp and powerful nonetheless. She sat down, crossing her arms. now she just needed to wait.

Sephiroth peered across the short expanse to the girl, watching her every move. "Quite an interesting sword. But I wonder, where did you get it?" This was, of course, more than simply an attempt at conversation.

"incidentally," Mira replied bluntly, "it was my mother's when she was my age. She and dad are long gone now."
She thought nothing of it, but was careful with what information she divulged to anyone--ever. ~Sanaki~
